We also offer a full design concept service, where we create full colour visuals  for your event showing how the main focus area will look, how the lighting will look, where the PA, stage and other props is situated and where the video screens will be located. Our design software is fully integrated CAD, plots, data, visualization and virtual show control. It features the largest CAD library with thousands of 3D objects you can choose from to design your entire show. Another feature is we can even create a 3D video fly through of the venue of what the setup will look like, adding another dimension look. This enables the client to follow the concept from the design stage through every step right up to final delivery. As well as 3D renders we can also create scaled event diagrams and floorplans. Our in-house designers, producers and technical teams can create full-scale event productions, technical installs and everything in-between. We design, create & produce a wide range of events for corporate & private clients, small or large.

If you don’t already have a brief we can work with you to pull a project brief together, so that everyone on both sides of the table had a complete overview of what we are all working towards and aiming to achieve.

This part of the process cannot be underestimated and we pride ourselves on working on detailed briefs that ensure the job gets done.

The creative process


Our highly skilled and creative team of designers will carefully craft a design plan just for you and we take a consultative approach; keeping you involved throughout the process.

If the project requires it we have an in-house team who can produce 3D renderings and scale diagrams of our proposed set and stage design, relative to its suggested position within the chosen venue, giving you confidence that we understand your exact requirements and will be able to deliver on our promises.

Creativity is at the heart of our business and we will go above and beyond to create long lasting impressions for you and your event if require this service.

Project management


At this stage we will go through our designs with you and make any changes you require. We do some more tech checks to ensure it is all compliant with the plans and your AV requirements. The Project Manager (PM) will then initiate your project and will manage it to the end. Your PM will keep you updated throughout the project.

If the project requires it we have an in-house team who can produce 3D renderings and scale diagrams of our proposed set and stage design, relative to its suggested position within the chosen venue, giving you confidence that we understand your exact requirements and will be able to deliver on our promises.

 PM's are vital to the success of any installation project which is why we have some of the industry’s best project managers collaborating with our clients from start to finish.

Installation


Our highly technical engineers will install every aspect of your AV system, down to the fixtures and fittings.

We then conduct rigorous checks to verify that the system operates as it is intended to do, as per Infocomm performance veri­cation standards.

Once your installation is complete we will commission the system and give you training and an official handover of your new AV system. We will do our utmost to leave you with an AV system that meets all of your requirements and will continue to meet them for years to come. If you have chosen one of our managed services support packages, we will manage any immediate support required to minimise any disruption to your service.

Maintenance and Support

 

We offer a full service to maintain your new AV system and give you peace of mind. It includes preventative maintenance, emergency call out service, workshop labour, advanced loan scheme, materials/components and unlimited telephone and admin support.

This level of support is what sets us apart from other companies, and we can tailor these packages to suit client requirements precisely. All the equipment we use are all taged and test for New Zealand compliance requirements.

Health & Safety Quality


Ensuring the quality of what we deliver is of paramount importance to us.  Running events can be a complex and stressful project, which require great communication and clear health and safety expectations to ensure all parties understand their responsibilities and communicate their individual hazards to everyone working on the site.

For each project, we undertake a risk assessment. If necessary the PM will write up health & safety and permit to work documents. In addition to our main Health and Safety policy, we also carry public liability insurance.
